Mannon Construction, Inc. was established in 1988 by Eric Mannon who still runs the company today. We are a small company that pays special attention to the individual needs of our clients. We work closely with each client to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
We have been doing quality remodels in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1988. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, home theater and other remodels as well as seismic upgrades which include foundation anchors, shear walls, moment frames and engineer designed buildouts. We offer superior workmanship and quality construction. We work closely with each client to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Most trades are performed in house with a few being subbed out to a pool of qualified subcontractors. We have several custom cabinet shops we work with for kitchen and bathroom remodels as well as architects for projects requiring plans.

We are bonded and licensed in the state of California as a building (B), plumbing (C36) and electrical (C10) contractor. We carry workers’ compensation and general liability insurance.
